ne hydraulic pump and circuit is dedicated solely to the transmission for maneuvering the machine. The other two variable-piston pumps supply the work hydraulic in a dual-circuit, load-sensing system. Working flow is split into two circuits that can operate separately or together, at different pressures, depending on actuator demands and speed requirements. Pressure and flow optimization lets operators work significantly faster without losing power when using multiple functions. For example, the operator can actuate several crane and head functions simultaneously with maximum hydraulic power, such as slewing the crane, feeding a log and maneuvering the machine, while limiting fuel consumption. The hydraulic system is controlled by control system.

2.The gearbox is made of the gray iron to greatly improve the rigidity and anti-vibration of the box.
3.Both sun gears and planetary gears in the gearbox are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches.Low carbon
alloy rigid steel gear, suitable for low speed and heavy duty reducer. after being grinded through carburizing and
quenching heat treatment to reduce the noise and improve the efficiency and service life of the whole machine.

4.Roller press reducer adopts evolvent planetary gear for the transmission, which reasonably utilizes internal and external
meshing and power dividing. Featured with light weight, small volume, large transmission ratio range, high efficiency, low noise
and well-adapted ability, this product is extensively utilized in the industrial departments of metallurgy, mining, crane
transport, electricity, energy, construction materials, light industry and transportation.
