Stainless Steel Short Pitch Conveyor Chain With Extended Pins are used in a wide variety of applications such as packaging, food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, bottling, glass containers,manufacturing and many other industrial applications. These chains are usually manufactured using the components of standard transmission roller chains and specially designed attachments or parts suitable for conveying applications. Raw materials used are high quality carbon steels, stainless steels,plastic resins, carbon steels with protective coatings (nickel plating,zinc-chromium plating, brass plating) and carbon steels that undergo special surface hardening treatments like chromizing and nitriding.
At HZPT, we offer a wide variety of chains based on our years of experience according to the industry applications, one of which is extended pin chain, in these chains the pins are extended outside the chain for housing special attachments or for performing push or pull operations or for any special purpose applications.
