Side roller chains are provided with rollers on one or both sides of ANSI standard roller chains and double-pitch roller chains.The side rollers can be either staggered or in parallel at any given spacing, ensuring stable chain travel for conveyance of materials.
HZPT provides Outboard Roller Conveyor Chain based on standard S roller type of conveyor chain. The standard S roller are engaged with sprockets at the chain center. Flanged outboard rollers are produced both sides by extending the pins and these outboard rollers gives support to the load and used for running. We provide these chains with standard forms or as per the customs design according to the need of customers.
These Outboard Roller Conveyor Chain has the following features: • It can support heavy loads • It can install special attachments such as pushers • It can install guides for return strand of chain.
Our side roller chain is widely used on conveyor line, 1) The roller can be plastic or steel as per customer’s request 2) The side roller usually zinc plated or nickel plated without hardening. If you need hardened side roller, please kindly let us know when you send us enquiry and then we can arrange for you. 3) There are many sizes available 4) Please let us know if you need to use it in pairs 5) Please let us know the length of each piece of chain
