Gear by carburizing, quenching, grinding teeth processing technology. Gear accuracy GB10095-88,level 6. Axial thrust gear hardness of HRC54-62. In the front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with large-sized thrust bearings to withstand the screw at work. Machine is small, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency etc.
