Compact design, limited installation space due to the compact planetary gear box design and partially integrated hydraulic motor, the transmission mobile GFW 5000 is very suitable for use in limited installation areas. The gear unit can be partially integrated into the wire rope drum, belt brake and hydraulic motor. Therefore, they have a good protective position in the cable drum. The band brakes are optimally adapted to their respective nominal dimensions.
Hydraulic motor. High resistance and robustness: the more robust design of large tapered roller bearings and all torque transmission components improves the operational safety of the machine and the service life of components. In addition, Bosch Rexroth uses case hardened gears and tempered case hardened ring gears in this series of transmission devices. This ensures the high durability, high service life (even under harsh working conditions) and quiet operation of the gear unit.

The tolerance of our products can be controlled below 0.01mm. The accuracy of the testing machine is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been implemented. Raw materials include waxless castings and forgings of steel, alloy steel and ductile iron. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products are applicable to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for PAC brakes. Some of our main customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, globe, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
