The auger fingers of the John Deere combine are designed for high loading and processing capacities. However, they are vulnerable to foreign debris. In addition, if the fingers break, other parts of the combine may be damaged. Part of stripping rotor of combine John Deere The stripping rotor of the combine is an integral part of the design of the combine. The rotating rotor has eight rows of peeling fingers, which strip grains and seeds from the crops, leaving the plant stems. This procedure will help the combine avoid damage due to increased rpm. The rotor is installed in a non concentric housing, the top and bottom of which are semicircular and connected by straight vertical sides. The combine produced 135 tons of corn in one hour, breaking the previous world record. Part of the stripping rotor of the John Deere combine has a chopper that helps remove foreign matter from the grain. This may include corn cobs and garbage. This allows the stripping rotor to slow down and reduce the amount of corn threshed.
