Characteristics of waste gas: large air volume, complex composition, oil and particulate matter
Source of waste gas: waste gas from batching reactor, waste gas from asphalt storage tank area, waste gas from asphalt forming line oil coating tank and water bed
Waste gas components: more than 80 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzopyrene, benzoanthracene, carbazole, etc
Process scheme: waste gas capture + pipeline transportation + pipeline fire protection system + cyclone oil removal + tower filtration + heat tracing + rotary RTO
Waste gas concentration: 200mg/m³~400mg/m³
Emission limit: NMHC≤10mg/m³

Principle of RTO (Thermal Storage Oxidation Incinerator)
