XRV050 series

XRV050 series reducer for automatic car washer is a special worm gear reducer used forauto car washer, which has the advantages of easy installation, low noise, long life and highprotection class. The protection level can reach IP56. The supporting motor power can be0.25kw-075kw, and matching flanges, to meet the different needs of customers.

Features:

1.Modular design for each module, with more common components

2.Wide range of gear ratios, with more gear ratio options than general models;

3.Wheels material is SUS304+Gcusn12, to ensure the high wear resistance and corrosion resistance

4.The body structure is compact and compact, making it easy to install in multiple environments;

5.Long life lubrication with fully synthetic oil (S1 lubricant, viscosity 320; B2 lubricant, viscosity 220)

6.Die cast aluminum ADC12 body, surface sprayed with plastic, good corrosion resistance, beautiful and practical;

7.NOK oil seal at the input and output ends to ensure sealing performance;

8. The worm material is 20 Crmnti carburized and quenched, with a hardness of HRC58-62. The carburized layer thickness after refinement is 0.25-0.45mm;
