POWER To ensure the correct use of the product we recommand to pay attention to the specifications mentioned on our technical sheet.Consider also the input rotation speed,the power input and the transmission ratios.Where the rotation or other working conditions are different,please contact LongQuan technical department.
With the compact structure but powerful design, right angle planetary gearbox is ideal option for motion control applications wherein the power flow needs to be redirected. So it can help users to save the running cost and improve the transmission efficiency. The input flange dimensions of right angle gearbox is available to be customized, therefore, it is compatible with any brands of the servo motors, stepper motors and brushless DC motors.
LUBRICATION The reducer is usually supplied without lubricant.The recommended quantity of lubricant is indicated on our catalogue and the first replaced must be done after 50-60 hours of running,then replaced after 600-800 working hours. The emptying of the gearbox should be made immediately after the working,with the oil still hot,in order to avoid the deposition of sludge.Check frequently the oil level and top up the oil whenever necessary.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: Generally it is 40-45 days. The time may vary depending on the product and the level of customization. For standard products, the payment is: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
