Stainless Steel Side Bow Roller Chains

Side bow roller chains have extra clearance between the pins, side plates and bushing to allow the chain to bow.
Side bow chains are chains that allow significant lateral bending (compared to normal bending) and are used for curved conveyors,including roller conveyors.
They can also be used for power transmission when chain twisting or gear misalignment may occur. These chains are based on American Series chains (ANSI) with special diameter pins to ensure tolerances between pins and bushings, allowing partial articulation on a horizontal plane.
The attachments of these chains are usually only available on the internal links and are the same as standard chains.
* Meets and exceeds ANSI B29.1 specifications
* Roller chain components are shot peened for greater fatigue resistance
* Heat treated components for increased durability, longevity and wear resistance
* Chain is pre-loaded (Pre-stretched) to eliminate initial stretching.
* Chain components are lubricated before assembly, then dipped in a hot oil bath after assembly
