Installation

--The reducer should be mounted stably to avoid any vibration.
--Before mounting make sure the output shaft of the reducer will turn to the correct direction.
--In case that the reducer has been in store so long as 4 to 6 months,check the seal first,as it may stick to the shaft caused by lacking of lubricant or lose its flexibility.If necessary,change the seal.
--For reduction units with a hollow output shafts,Please use the torque arms.If it is no possible make sure that the shaft is without axial load.
--Whenever possible, protect the reducer form direct sunlight and any other bad weather.
--Making sure good ventilating conditions.
--In the case of ambient temperatures <-5°C or >+40°C,contact technical department please.
--The various parts (pulleys, gear wheels, couplings, shafts, etc.) are mounted on solid or hollow shafts with special
screw thread that anyhow ensure correct operation without risking damage to the bearing or external parts of the units
--Painting must definitely not go over rubber parts or the holes on the breather plugs.
--Checking the oil level.
--Supposing gear units have not been coupled with motors,please pay attention to the following items to make sure right connection.Mounting to B5,B14.
--Checking whether the tolerance between shafts and motor flanges fit the essential standard.
--Washing the dirt and the paint on the surface of the shafts,center bores and flanges.
--Lubricating the surface to avoid corruption.
--Starting nust take place gradually,without immediately applying the maximum load.
--Some proper precautionary measures shouble be taken as the objects or materials under motor drives can be easily damaged.
