RD Series Double Enveloping Worm Gear box Speed Reducer Gearbox for Steel Continuous Casting Machine

The RD series reducer is a two-stage reducer composed of gear transmission and worm gear transmission. The worm gear pair is produced using professional secondary enveloping worm gear transmission technology. It has a large load-bearing capacity, compact structure, reasonable size, and is widely used in metallurgical steel rolling mills for straightening machines, ingot rod storage devices, and vibration devices. Adopting a shaft mounted structure, it is easy to connect with working machinery. The box body is made of resin sand casting, which is compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, and the transmission ratio varies according to user requirements.
